For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Full payment for our initial consultation is required at time of service. We are pleased to offer Dental Fee Plan (DFP) to our patients. Dental Fee Plan is a flexible monthly payment option offered through Dental Center. It is specifically designed for cosmetic dentistry and related specialties - with payments as low as $69 per month. You may apply quickly and securely via the web. Dental Fee Plan

  • No initial payment
  • Payment plans ranging from 18 to 60 months with low monthly payments which includes a minimal finance charge.

Office Payment Plan

  • Six months same as cash
  • Number of payments and amounts to be determined by you and the office
  • Balances not paid within six months will accrue interest at a rate of 18%

Payment in Full

  • A bookkeeping courtesy of 5% is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment by cash or check

UCR (Usual and Customary Rates)

Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment possible for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for our area. You are responsible for payment in full regardless of any insurance company's arbitrary determination of usual and customary rates.

Adult Patients

Adult patients are responsible for payment at time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Minor Patients

The adult accompanying a minor and the parents (or guardians) are responsible for payment in full unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
